I would like the Approach Activity report to have a column that lists the goal we have for the Approach so we can see how we are doing in relation to the goals we set.

It would be nice to have a box that can include a short summary of that account i.e. Joe Bloggs is interested in golf and art, plays the oboe, has two children and likes to summer in France.

When using this box it is difficult to view as it doesn't expand so you have to scroll whilst you write

Is it possible to add a Pledge Completed or Written-Off Date column header on journal screen? It would be great to look a donor's journal and see right away that certain pledges were completed or written off.

In the absence of a choice about what kind of journal entry to add, that middle step should be eliminated.

It will save us Brits having to work out when the system is going off line.
