Enable users to set a scheduled timeframe for DIY forms to be submitted. IE: Ticket sales end on 4/5/2018 at 5:00 PM CST, form is able to be scheduled for deactivation at that time without having to manually enter.

When collecting in-kind donations for auctions we would like to have a form that companies and individuals can fill out to pledge an in-kind donation. We would also like to be able to track donations from these donors year over year.

If we can add a value to a field with check boxes via an import, why can't we clear that same check box the same way? Aren't check boxes either a yes/no or on/off function in databases?
