Allow Business contact information to be entered on DIY forms

When we have events for our organization we have a lot of business contacts that attend or fill out our DIY forms.  most of the time they wish to leave the contact info for their organization, rather than themselves.  right now, we can only allow individual contact information to be added which causes a lot of manual work
