Add a pop-up calendar when entering a date.

I am the volunteer coordinator for our non-profit organization. Our volunteers get the opportunity to sign our waiver online. Every morning, I receive a report that assists me to know what volunteers are arriving on what dates. However, my biggest dilemma is how volunteers are inputting the dates they wish to volunteer. Some tend to input two or more dates or the entry format is different. When my report generates I categorize it by the dates volunteers are volunteering. I have to do more work on my side to fix the report because the dates are all messed up. I was suggested to use the multi-task field. But that will not work for my department since we are open Monday through Saturday at certain times and the multi-task field only provides 5 options. Can you consider entering a calendar as an option to input into our system?

 

I am attaching today's report but deleted volunteers information. I also realized that volunteers are not entering their d/o/b. Which is an important issue for legal matters. Or is it?? How can I determine if this is an important field? But returning to the main purpose. The report will be able to display my concern.
