we have too many in miscellaneous folders that we don't use. but since they sit in a variety of folders, it's hard to compare & see what is unique about each, if anything. if we could look at them all in other formats- not in folders, or on paper, it would help us to clean up.
Agree. Given the number of users the system can have, a huge number of queries, reports and subfolders can develop. Effectively managing that requires a suitable table view or report that can be exported to excel, csv etc. As it stands the interface is obstructive and significantly inflates the time and effort needed to carry out an important housekeeping activity.
