I am creating a DIY form for event ticket sales. I would like an auto letter to be emailed to the purchaser. I would prefer to have the email sender display as a name (our organization) rather than showing our email address when the purchaser receives the email. How do I do that?  Example: instead of myname@mygreatcharity.com in the sender (Sent by) it would show: My Great Charity (then the actual address would just be a hyperlink) like My Great Charity <myname@mygreatcharity.com>.
