Every time I need to create a Communications template (either a thank you letter, or eblast) I run into issues. The system is not user friendly and doesn't look professional. I always run into problems with the HTML, there isn't much flexibility in moving text around or adding images. I always need to contact etap support for something when I edit my templates (for example, if I delete a line of text, the following line below highlights it black). Because the Communications templates are so difficult to use and don't look nice, we use Mailchimp for our email marketing. It is frustrating for our organization to pay for two different services, maintain our e-mail lists across both services, just to create emails that look good and serve the purposes we need them to.
