Different and Multiple Display Types for Values under a User Defined Field.
As shown in the attached picture, I want to add different and multiple display types for values under user defined filed.
In the picture attached, Race or Ethnicity is a multiple select field ---> user should be able to select any one or multiple values, however when user selects other option, it should allow user to write in as text.
This attribute is not present currently, however this is very important attribute which is required for capturing many other details like , Gender, Profession etc etc
Is it possible to have this functionality?

Agreed. It's not OK that the "ethnicity" category is forcing us to categorize people in ways that don't make sense. It's important to capture this data but this forced choice is not a best practice. Multiple choices should be allowed and some updating of terminology is in order. Especially in light of recent events, this part of eTapestry functionality deserves some investment from BlackBaud.
