Allow different email address for each eCart item for sale notifications

Right now, you can only receive notifications of purchases through the eCart to one email address. Sometimes, different people or departments/groups are responsible for different eCart items. For example, as a school, we have after school payments, t-shirts, and field trip fees posted through the eCart. The Director of After School cannot receive notifications just for after school payments, even though she has nothing to do with field trip fees.
