Mass Interactions needs to be more flexible. For example, if there are accounts that were added to a mass email after the initial mailing, we should be able to include them in the mass interaction rather than have those additional contacts showing up as JE Contacts.

I agree, we do not have an option to create a contact or note within the new mass interaction tab.

So does something run over night to monitor and move entries that belong under the mass tab over? Was this just a one time clean up?
