The process of sending either a one-off email or letter is too time consuming because the program currently requires that the user first download the letter, then start the process all over in order to auto email the document.  This should be a one-step process.  AS the program is currently written, it is very time consuming, so this change would benefit everyone using the one-off or letter merged letter process.
