We have a need to send out emails and letters to constituents in a specific county. This is not a required field for us. And to determine the county, we would have to look up the zip code each time a new account is created. So it would be helpful if the 'County' field were automatically populated by the USPS.
We have no plans to add this functionality at this time.
I would also suggest an MSA field be added as for cases where we need to plan travel to regions, knowing how many of our donors live in a specific metro region without having to manually build from zip codes/cities, or even counties alone would be great
