I was a little shocked to see I can't send an email to folks with a one-action opt-in function to add them to our regular mailing list. We have board members and others who want to give us access to lists, but particularly with the new European privacy rules, to do that right, we need opt-in functionality. Honestly, it's kinda basic stuff and I'm surprised we don't have it already. Now I have to send lists out to list vendors.
