Our organization is NOT technical, and 90% of these users only want to get to our eTapestry database.  NONE will ever want to chat or access the education BB website.  We have 70% of our users down and locked out of eTapestry due to the requirement of linking the eTap account to a BB account.  I have sent invites but the process is way too complicated for our users that really have NOT entered the computer technical world as most of us know it.  The requirement of just entering one userid/password is at the limits of what they can handle.  If it is more complicated they will not go any further.  Most have Apple computers and not allowing the eTap s/w to be supported by safari is another issue.  And the idea of having the latest java levels, is of course additional complications that they don't know how to deal with.  They get emails, click on links and enter passwords so many times that they get messages that you have failed too many times, try again later.  Blackbaud has forced this on us when we did not ask for these complications.  PUT IT BACK to the way it was e.g. one userid, one password and ONE URL that gets us right into eTapestry.  As an ADMIN, not a problem for me to have these linkages, but NOT necessary or good for the 90% of our users that just need to view our eTapestry data.
