When speaking with the rep through chat to help navigate my way through a problem, I suggested eTap have a feature that could either link queries that are associated with a compound query or have a sub folder with option to minimize.  Visually, it is sometimes difficult to get the information I need efficiently.  Somewhat like in Creative Suite, graphics and pieces to a project can be linked or grouped.  Same idea here!
