Allow "Gift Aided" amount field which appears on "Recent Journal Entries" to also appear on journal

The Recent Journal Entries on a constituent home screen shows the Gift Aidd amount claimed. However, this field is not available to be added to the full journal for a constituent. This is very inconvenient.
