When creating a new Account using the Family name format, the Sort Name automatically fills in whatever is typed into the Account Name field. Because we (probably like most users) sort by last name, we always have to edit the Sort Name field to be "Last Name, First Name." E-Tapestry should do this automatically or have a setting where users can choose what's auto-completed in the Sort Name field (i.e. either just a copy of what's typed into Account Name or Last Name/Word, First Name/Words).
