Add an auto confirmation email option for auto processed credit card donations thru etapestry.

This would be a huge time saver for the person responsible for writing thank you letters.  Everyone using eTapestry who has auto processed donations would benefit.  The process would work exactly like the auto confirmation emails assocaited with diy forms for websites.

    This would be not only helpful but a great engagement tool. I give a monthly gift to an organization that uses Network for good, and I receive a nice email notifying me that my monthly gift will be processed soon and thanking me for my support. It makes me feel good to receive it and reinforces my support for the organization.
