Be able to choose what fields you want to show up for address on DIY forms.

I have created a contact DIY form, and it has "County" as a field for the address, which I think is entirely unnecessary, especially because it is being filled out internationally and doesn't apply in many other places, and it's annoying that it can't be removed.  It would be nice to be able to choose which fields you want to have filled out, even within the context of a simple address.  Since they are different fields in eTapestry, it stands to reason that it shouldn't be a problem to be able to choose which fields you want to populate.

    Ireland uses the County code but not many other countries use it in a mailing address.

    The problem I'm seeing with some country contact fields in the DIY forms is that it's including both the County field and State/Province/Region field. The latter is usually necessary (or understood by those in that country) while the former (except for Ireland) isn't.
