I've heard of other CRM platforms having the ability to "sync" with one's email in a way that one can simply send contact-type entries to an account via email rather than manually entering them in the database. I believe it matches based on the email address in the account.
I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has come up with a good way they enter this type of data. Our organization is fairly large, so we have a designated email list that people send their contact entry information to. That way everyone on the list can peruse what kind of contacts are being made throughout the organization without going into individual eTap accounts. Then a data entry person goes through and enters all of those contacts from the emails into eTap. Granted, this does save having everyone from the CEO to Program Directors manually entering these contacts individually themselves, but it still feels like a lot of wasted data entry time...
