It is currently not an option to segregate donor journal entries from contact journal entries. I can restrict the ability of our data entry volunteers to add donation records; however, I cannot restrict their ability to view donation records in the journal. As with user privilege selections for the journal, there is currently no way to opt my data entry users out of being able to view donor records if I give them the necessary access to view the journal entries they may need to consult for making and researching changes including in the deduping process, relationship and joint record setup, etc. This issue needs to be addressed.
