DIY forms do not respond to changes to the website as a whole. This is a big issue for us as a sight loss charity - but is relevant to ALL charities as people with all levels of sight will be viewing everyone's websites. It means that although we are about to launch a new responsive website with features for individuals to be able to tailor their view of the website to their needs (eg reverse the colours or increase the font size) the DIY forms will not respond along with the rest of the website. Not only is this very unhelpful for people with sight loss, meaning they may not be able to complete the forms to sign up for information or make a donation, it also looks unprofessional especially coming from a sight loss charity. Please could this be sorted out ASAP?
