There should be UDFs created and populated for Mass

There should be UDFs created and populated for Mass Email Delivery Report statistics such as "Held", Opted Out", etc.

If we had these entries in accounts, it would be easier to scan and handle email addresses that were not succesfully delivered to in a mass email.
