Have BBMS post system-generated refunds to eTap

Currently, if BBMS generates a reversal/refund, it does not post the reversal to eTap. Since it posted the original transaction, why wouldn't it post the reversal? If this could be added it would save us having to search BBMS for all negative entries and then manually "Reverse" them in eTap.

    I agree too! This seems like it should be automatic. The first time it happened to us it took a lot of time to locate the discrepancy between eTap and BBMS. After that first time at least we know what to look for. It would have helped if we'd been pre-warned. Glad you are looking into it, please make it a priority.

    We agree!  As we continue to mature our integration with BBMS, we will definitely look towards doing this.

    I couldn't agree more. The current system, makes us "Reverse" the item in eTapestry AND refund the item in BBMS. One step please.
