By embedding a code on a DIY form which is unique to the constituent's ID the response from the form will be automatically added to the correct account 100% of the time. This eliminates the risk of the information collected on the form being added to the wrong account, and also stops the risk of duplicates accounts being made when the personal information that was entered on the form doesn't perfectly match an existing constituent's personal information.
