give your customer service reps more time to assist

At blackbaud, with eTapestry, you must be really pushing your customer service reps to get through as many chats as possible. It seems as though every time I chat with someone, I ask my uestion and they give the answer and before I can ask another question they say "Is there anything else I can help you with?" like they are trying to rush me off the chat!!!! It is so annoying. And horrible customer service. Either they really really hate doing the chats and are miserable at work, or they are being pushed to hit a quote of chats or keep chats under a certain time frame. Please allow your reps to give plenty of time to answer and help the customer. eTapestry is an amazing tool, but with that comes a large learning curve as it is capable of so much.
