DIY Forms are not easy for businesses to fill out because there is no way for them to indicate they are donating as a business.  It is extremely common to have businesses as the Account Name in eTapestry (as they are the ones actually donating the money) and it is vital that the person who is completing the form and making the donation be able to EASILY tell us they are donating on behalf of the company.  The only options for contact information on the DIY Form (which is where we get our Donor Info from as well) are Title, First/Middle/Last Name, and Suffix.  I can add Company as an option but, when the donation comes into eTapestry, it will come in under the person's name and have that information under Company.  Businesses give big money and donation platforms should make it as easy as possible for them to do so.
