After the integration with eTap and JustGiving, which on the surface seems really good. I have found that when the overnight import occurs the JustGiving regular donors we have are not imported into their existing eTap record (with their recurring gift schedule) but a new account is opened. Even though within the JustGiving excel report the donor states it is regular gift, with a name and address etc.

Also, when we receive regular anonymous donations through to JustGiving, it creates a separate account and doesn't add it into the existing Anonymous account (which has the recurring gift schedule) on eTap. 

Is there a way to improve this or get around this (bearing in mind I've already done the integration). It seems like such a good idea but the it is actually creating more work.
