My organization has run into a number of difficulties with the way the email field is set up in eTapestry. Specifically for joint personas, I would like to be able to enter multiple email addresses. The size of the box implies that it can accept multiple email addresses; however, when pulling a report, you run into serious problems. On a monthly basis, I pull a report of all email addresses associated with all personas. I download this report in excel, and we then upload that list into mailchimp, which we use for organizational communications. (This has also been a problem just when trying to send a mass email using outlook - not just mail chimp). When downloading this report in excel, it places the multiple email addresses onto two lines but does not separate them with a semi-colon. Note that even if you enter the data with semi-colons in between email addresses, they will not be in the report.

With multiple email addresses in a single field, you cannot simply upload a spreadsheet into mailchimp or copy and paste into outlook. You run into a series of errors as the two or more email addresses just end up combined. This then requires manual work to go through a list of thousands of email addresses and separate them out from one another. Please create multiple fields for email addresses (like with the multiple phone number options)!
