I've been trying for 6+ weeks to get a straight answer from someone and no one seems to want to help me. I've had nothing but one run around after another. I think every 'Contact Us' on our login page should have a direct contact person/account manager to reach for something other than database inquiries. I don't want to know how to use the software, I want answers to MY account that I pay for every month.
Wow Mike, did you see how long it took you to respond to me? No wonder it's a cluster for customers like me to get help. 5 months...hmmm.
