If the "Name Format" is Business, the Persona should automatically change to Business when adding new accounts

Why is it useful, who would benefit from it, how should it work?

We will consider this. However, it will probably need to be an account entry setting, matching up the type of persona with the name type, just in case someone has changed the persona name.
