Ensure that email addresses are handled correctly in account merges

When an existing donor uses our DIY form to make a donation using a new email address, eTap creates a new account record.  We then merge the new account into the old one and select "Merge" for the persona data.  However, the new email address does not appear in the merged record; we have to manually add it.  Since eTap currently allows more than one email address to be stored in the email field, please allow the merge functionality to truly merge all info in the account records, including multiple email addresses.
