It is currently not possible to set Opt Out of Mass Email as the default option in Personas for creating a new account. (i.e. it is possible to change it for each account but if you do nothing, Opt In will be selected). To opt people into mass emails without tehir consent is patently in contravention of GDPR, which therefore exposes all eTap user to data management risk.
