We would like to have the option of reviewing our credit card donations before they are uploaded to the journal. We have many instances where the donation is uploaded to the employee account instead of the company and then has to be manually moved. One in particular had the employee first name and last name, BUT her email and address was for the company (which was given in our defined fields section) and it was still uploaded to her personal account. Again, this causes a lot of manual work that should not be necessary. Raiser's Edge has the option of reviewing each gift through online express and I found that to be very helpful.
