Merchant Services is linked to our web site which collects funds and issues receipts to the donor.  These receipts are not numbered so have no value for tax purposes.  When a tax receipt generation process is run it produces exactly the same document but with a receipt number thus confusing the donor and possibly leading to erroneous reporting of charitable donations on their tax returns.  The process should work seamlessly as in the case of donations made through Canada Helps.

This would eliminate confusion by donors and extra manual effort by our organization.
