Add attachments into the JE when sending an email

it is now a 2 step process...first you send an email with an attachment and then you have to post the attachment sent in a JE contact or note...this is very time consuming and a step that is easy to miss but if you don't do it you  don't have any record of if an attachment was really sent or which one it might be...discourages the use of ETAP for sending emails to contstituents

    And if you are having to separately attach emails, this is not a guaranteed accurate reflection of the email attachments
