I want to send an email to everyone in a 100 mile radius of Chicago. The problem is that I can't designate just Home Primary to be the addresses used. If someone currently lives in CA, but has a former address of Chicago IL, they get pulled in. It would be nice for this not to happen.  We should be able to send emails based just on the home/primary persona for this.
