When a mass email is scheduled, it should be available to cancel until the send time or at least close to it.  I wasn't able to cancel one 3 1/2 hours in advance.  Also, it should be able to be viewed somewhere so that we don't wonder if it was really scheduled or not, instead of waiting until the scheduled send time to see.
