Change map lookup software from Mapquest to Google Maps

Google Maps is much more friendly, and contains much less advertising than Mapquest. Additionally, I'm told the default used to be Google Maps.

    MapQuest is clumsy and time-consuming. Google Maps (when eTap was tied to it) would immediately show where a constituent lived in relation to our business. It was a win/win before and useless now.
