I wanted to submit feedback regarding the e-tapestry peer-to-peer fundraiser website's "search" feature when trying to locate a registered individual or team. I had several complaints about this from our recent fundraiser so wanted to pass it along in hopes improvements could be made. Unless the searcher enters the full name exactly, it usually does not bring up a list of those matching the criteria (even for the first part or section of a team name in some cases). While you can also search for ALL individuals or team in a complete listing (usually several pages to scroll through), it isn't ideal as many don't think to do this and end up reaching out or not donating at all. I do think this feature can and should be improved upon to increase and make it easier for donors to support. Thank you!
