Add multiple address lines (to add apt's, units, etc) instead of just one big one

When I pull reports from eTap and send them to Excel it always groups the full address together. For the purpose of mailings a lot of mail houses need these separate. There should be more than one giant box to load with the address lines

    Yes, same is true for first and last names! Just figured that out today. :-)

    When you go to do an export, you have several options for addresses. To do what you are wanting, choose the Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3 and Address Line 4 fields and then your address will be broken out into different columns for the mailing house. If you just choose "Address Lines" it will put the address in one column. Let us know if you have other items!
