We often find the 'Persona' details aren't completed as e-tap says there has been a duplication of information.  When you click to see the duplication, it is identical and we can't understand why a duplication has been created.  You are not able to easily cut and paste the information back into the Persona.  It is very annoying and creates unnecessary work.
