We use eTapestry and are paying for the 3 finders referenced above.  The Knowledgebase  articles and video deal exclusively with Raiser's Edge and are not useful for other database platforms like eTapestry. Other databases are configured a bit differently and articles germane to their structures should be created or addenda based on other platforms added to the currently existing Knowledgebase materials. By way of an example: Knowledgebase article 42176. This deals exclusively with working in Raisor's Edge.
