We have produced a DIY Sign Up form for our supporters in the Netherlands in the Dutch language.  We may also need to translate into another language, such as German.  Most of the fields are editable, but some (e.g. address, additional comments, ) are currently hardcoded and therefore cannot be edited.  This makes our sign up form look less than completely professional, as most of it has been translated, but there are a number of elements that are not.  Being able to edit the titles would make a big difference to how the form is received. In an ideal world we would like to be able to edit the dropdown (personal title), the captcha and submit, but I guess that is a more challenging one.
