We have an eTapestry user who only has access to accounts for whom he is the solicitor. This is set up in the security section, and he is given full permission in the check-boxes to "view relationships" but when he goes to look at relationships, he can only see what type of relationship it is and not the name of the person (because the account of the related person is not in his permitted accounts). I want him to be able to see those names but not open the account. I was told this is not currently possible but to post it in the idea bank.
