This would be helpful especially in managing personal communications with major donors or corporate sponsors.  Being able to schedule a task to call, email or reach out to a donor at a more appropriate time or even when the donor says would be a better time is immensely helpful and being able to use one program to do that would be best.  Having to move back and forth from Google/Outlook to eTapestry (in my case) is a pain and honestly having to remember to do so is not ideal.
