Supposedly fixed in September 2017. I've spent too much time on chat only to find out no one at support seems to think it's possible in OCTOBER 2019. In fact, I was encouraged by Luis Perez to come to the idea bank to post this idea??

We have many constituents with many payments and the only "solution" (actually a work-around) chat had for me was the work around noted in the past: create a disbursement for the recurring gift and create a new pledge payment. This was a major selling-point of our sales rep for us to get BBMS as well. In fact, it has doubled data-entry and opened up even more room for human data entry errors... very disappointing.
