Add an "other" option in payment type.

We get payments via PayPal, Square, etc. I can't edit the payment types, even to take off mandatory fields, so if I choose Credit Card, I'm stuck. I followed the article to add PayPal and Square as a user-defined field, but that still leaves me stuck at choosing a main payment type. Seems odd to choose Cash, then the real thing under a UDF. Can you simply add an Other field to the main payment types? Or "via app"? Anything? :)

    It is ridiculous that this simple field cannot be user defined so that we can better track where our donations are coming from. It is not realistic to think that in this digital age that anyone would want to restrict how people can give. We need to be able to document accurately where we are getting donations from in order to maximize utilization of the platform or platforms that give us the best response.
