We are currently using multiple databases to manage different constituents. We would like to utilize Etapestry for emailing our adopters, who could potentially convert to donors. This will reduce our costs with maintaining a separate email database for communicating to them, and also our time to duplicate emails and cross referencing records in multiple places. But with 2500 adopters a year, we will quickly hit our record limit as well as have thousands of records in Etapestry of people who will not convert. We need an easy way to remove them after a set time if they have not converted. We understand that you will charge us $600/time for a mass delete, but as a non-profit on a limited budget, we'd like to have the option to perform this on our own.
I, too, wanted to do a mass-delete, and couldn't afford to do so! Please fix this! Thanks.
