Is there already a way to set automatic

Is there already a way to set automatic capitalization for the first letter of the name fields or State?

It would be stroke saving to be able to just type the name and have the first letter capitalized and similarly have the state field automatically capitalize the two letters. Iphone defaults to this method and it is time saving.
